130 Merton is a high-end commercial property held by Brigham Holdings. The building had been on the market for a year and was not attracting the kind of tenants that it needed. 52 Pick-up was brought on board by Brigham to rebrand the building and provide an out-of-the-box marketing solution to lease the building. The new marketing plans has resulted in new tenants for 130 Merton.
