210 Simcoe is a new residential condominium in the heart of downtown Toronto that represents the upside of living downtown. 52 Pick-up brought not only the development, but the whole neighbourhood to life, to paint the picture for future residents. A beautiful illustration was commissioned for this project and has pride of place in the sales centre, as well as being featured in the advertising campaign, video and within the brochure.
