Our work with the Shorelands

By building on reclaimed land close to the earth-friendly Go Train and preserving the surrounding natural space Liza Communities’ development, Shorelands, was green from inception. 52 Pick-up was involved with the project from the beginning and communicating this green message was a major part of the marketing campaign. We created specific signage, downloadable pdfs for the website and dedicated a large amount of real estate in the project brochure to reinforce the advantages and bonuses that come from living green in a Liza home.
