We’re so excited to be working with Concert Properties on their brand new master-planned development at Kipling and Dundas, appropriately called The Kip District. Five sleek towers will be connected by a unique urban amenity, soaring views and access to TONS of transportation.

The campaign includes beautiful illustrations by NY-times alum Alanna Cavanagh. “I’ve been in the business for over 15 years and Susan [from 52 Pick-up] knew I was known for drawing city people in their natural habitats—women enjoying lattes in a café or guys biking with their courier bag. Given the project, she thought I would be a good fit!”

Her illustrations reflect the spirit of this rising community in a fun and quirky way—while fitting in with The Kip District’s logo. Next time you’re driving by Kipling Station, make sure to check out the beautiful hoarding for this upcoming community. The hoarding so far has been extremely successful! There has been tons of interest so far, and just in the 24-hour window after the hoarding went up there were 150 registrants!
