The Kip District is a new master-planned community launching at Kipling and Dundas. Developed by Vancouver-based Concert Real Estate and we’re so happy to be a part of their campaign. Although the community will consist of five towers, including a giant amenity space, central square and retail storefronts, we focused on the very first addition to this community called The Kip District: One.
