Courcelette by Windmill Developments is a breathtaking boutique-style condominium featuring 56 truly unique suites located in the Upper Beach/Kingston Road neighbourhood. One of the most outstanding features of Courcelette, like all Windmill Developments buildings, is its green story. Designed to comply with the ten principles of One Planet Living, Courcelette reflects a deep commitment to low carbon, sustainable building and living.

We created a brand for Courcelette that reflects the upscale nature of the project and identifies it with its neighbourhood street – Courcelette Street; a name that instills local pride in its historical roots. Our work included the design of a substantial brochure that explains the historical connection to Courcelette, illuminates the green story, the neighbourhood, and showcases the exceptional product through life-like renderings. Supported by a meticulous website, the Courcelette story details the advantages of the neighbourhood, the proximity to the beach and the exceptional transit, biking, hiking, shopping, and dining experiences to be discovered. We created displays for the Sales Centre as well as a comprehensive email campaign aimed at registrants as well as brokers and Windmill insiders.
