Symphony Towns Hits All the High Notes
Symphony Towns is a community of beautifully orchestrated townhomes in Oshawa. This signature Marlin Spring / Greybrook master-planned community provides an entire rhapsody of exceptional living with flexible layouts for growing families.
Unique to this project was the creation of a comprehensive online digital brochure; the first of its kind. The digital brochure was written, designed and coded all in-house. It did a stellar job of communicating the many attributes of the community and the Oshawa location and was instrumental in the selling out of the project.
Several features distinguish this online brochure and make it a truly one-of-a-kind experience for users. A dynamic sidebar delineating the various chapters creates a journey that encapsulates the specific stories into a sensible flow. Each page of the brochure features a customized butterfly that is unique to that page. The graphic butterflies are animated and flutter in and out of the digital brochure, creating interest and fun. We created a “Compare Floorplan” feature that allows users to literally compare floorplans, making it easy to understand the differences and help users select a plan that works for them.
This online marketing tool reflects the fresh and artistic brand we created for Symphony Towns. Graphic butterflies and a subtle musical theme that ties into the name “Symphony”, work together to create a connection to the natural surroundings – appealing to a demographic that is looking for a new home at an accessible price.
